Advertising Artwork Requirements

• Acceptable file formats are EPS, TIFF, high resolution (300 dpi) JPEG, or press-optimized PDF. All electronic files must be accompanied by a mailed laser proof.

• Advertisement may be submitted on a Zip disc or Compact Disk formatted for Macintosh or PC. Advertising artwork may also be submitted by uploading to our FTP host. Please contact ALEA for instructions and passwords. (Emailed artwork will not be accepted.) ALEA is not responsible for artwork materials submitted incorrectly by the advertiser.

• Air Beat magazine goes directly to plate from disk, therefore, we do not accept film. There is no extra charge for bleed-formatted submissions.

• Cancellation of insertion orders will not be accepted after closing dates. Advertising materials will be kept by ALEA for one year from last date published.
